Noise Reduction Project for Tempering Furnace Fan Equipment | Hubei Hongnuo Environmental Protection Building Materials

This professional industrial noise reduction project was carried out for the tempering furnace fan equipment at Hubei Hongnuo Environmental Protection Building Materials. The long-term operation of the fan generated severe industrial noise of 102–110dB(A), which exceeded factory noise standards and deteriorated the on-site working environment.
To solve the excessive noise issue fundamentally, we built an integrated large-scale sound insulation enclosure adopting 100mm high-density rock wool sandwich panels. The optimized structural design provides excellent sound insulation performance while ensuring reliable equipment heat dissipation and convenient daily maintenance.
After completion of the renovation, the ambient noise was effectively reduced to 66dB(A), fully meeting national industrial noise emission standards. This project proves that rock wool sandwich panel enclosures are a mature and efficient solution for tempering furnace fan noise control in environmental protection building material factories.
