Rooftop Cooling Tower Acoustic Louver Procurement & Installation Project | Commercial Mall Noise Control

This noise control project serves the rooftop cooling tower units of MixC Shopping Mall. Before renovation, the running noise of cooling towers reached 76–85dB(A), causing continuous noise pollution to nearby residential areas and failing local environmental noise regulations.
We provided and installed weatherproof acoustic louvers around all cooling towers. The specially designed louvers guarantee sufficient ventilation for heat dissipation while absorbing and isolating mechanical noise.
Post-construction test results show the noise level reduced by 12–15dB(A), fully meeting the noise emission standards for residential neighborhoods. This project verifies acoustic louvers as an ideal noise reduction solution for rooftop HVAC equipment of shopping malls adjacent to residential districts.
