Project Background & Challenges
The mineral processing workshop operates 24 hours a day with heavy-duty equipment such as ball mills, crushers and vibrating screens. The on-site working noise reaches 85-92dB(A), seriously exceeding the occupational exposure limit and causing potential hearing damage to workers. It brings huge pressure on enterprise occupational health inspection and safety supervision. The main difficulties include strong low-frequency composite noise, dusty working conditions and strict no-shutdown construction requirements.
Customized Noise Control Solution
We designed and built a professional integrated soundproof operation room with galvanized steel structure and multi-layer composite sound insulation and absorption panels. Equipped with industrial soundproof doors, double-layer sound insulation observation windows and silencer ventilation louvers, the room realizes effective noise isolation while ensuring ventilation, heat dissipation and real-time equipment monitoring. All gaps are fully sealed to eliminate sound leakage. The whole structure is dust-proof, anti-corrosion and vibration-resistant, adapting to harsh mining workshop environment.
