Coal Mine Ventilator Noise Control Project | Industrial Noise Reduction Solution
#Service case ·2024-10-12 08:21:25
This project focuses on industrial noise reduction for high-noise coal mine ventilator equipment. The on-site ventilator continuously produces strong mechanical noise, with the original noise level reaching 95dB(A), which exceeded occupational health and environmental protection standards and caused long-term noise pollution at the mine site.
We adopted high-performance sandwich acoustic panels to build a customized sound insulation enclosure, equipped with professional acoustic louvers. This tailored acoustic structure effectively isolates strong mechanical noise, while guaranteeing sufficient air circulation and normal ventilation operation of the coal mine ventilator without affecting production safety.
After the renovation, the on-site noise level was successfully reduced to 65dB(A), achieving a significant noise reduction effect. The project fully meets industrial noise standards and has passed official site acceptance smoothly.
