Haier Group Fan Noise Control Project | Industrial Acoustic Enclosure Solution

This professional industrial noise control project was completed for Haier Group’s factory fan equipment. The original high-speed fan operation generated severe industrial noise ranging from 89dB(A) to 96dB(A), which adversely affected the on-site working environment and long-term staff occupational health.
To solve the excessive noise problem, we constructed an integral customized acoustic enclosure with 100mm thick acoustic module panels, with an overall dimension of 16m × 5m × 4m. Professional acoustic louvers were installed on the enclosure to ensure smooth ventilation and heat dissipation, guaranteeing stable and normal operation of the fan equipment.
After professional acoustic renovation, the equipment noise was effectively reduced by 20–35dB(A), fully meeting Haier’s factory environmental noise standards. The project effectively improves the workshop working environment and protects employees’ physical health, achieving successful official acceptance.
