This professional industrial noise control project was implemented for Suyan Jingshen’s steam turbine equipment. The original turbine operating noise reached 96–110dB(A), far exceeding industrial environmental limits and causing severe workshop noise pollution.
We adopted integrated acoustic module enclosures to build a large integral soundproof housing with a dimension of 12m*5m*3.5m. Professional acoustic louvers were installed on the shell side to ensure unobstructed equipment ventilation and stable heat dissipation without affecting the normal operation of the steam turbine unit.
After systematic renovation, the turbine noise was reduced by 32dB(A). The on-site noise level fully meets industrial factory environmental standards, completing a successful compliance acceptance of high-power turbine noise reduction.
