Acoustic Louver is a dedicated noise-reducing ventilation accessory matched for acoustic enclosures, professionally designed to solve the core contradiction between free ventilation heat dissipation and noise leakage prevention. Different from ordinary weather louvers, it adopts a non-line-of-sight baffle structure and composite sound-absorbing design, achieving efficient noise attenuation without blocking air circulation.
During operation, when equipment noise spreads outward through the ventilation opening, the multi-angle staggered blade structure of the acoustic louver cuts off the direct propagation path of sound waves. The internal high-density flame-retardant sound-absorbing filler absorbs medium and high-frequency sound energy and converts it into thermal energy for dissipation.The residual low-frequency noise is further attenuated through repeated reflection and diffraction inside the layered baffles.
Meanwhile, the optimized aerodynamic blade structure ensures smooth intake and exhaust airflow, eliminates heat accumulation inside the enclosure, and supports long-term stable operation of internal mechanical equipment. In addition, the integrated waterproof and dustproof structure can block rainwater, dust and debris from entering the enclosure, protecting internal equipment while maintaining consistent acoustic performance.
